Oria/Cuba 2001 - Cuba - Santiago - Paladar Salón Tropical

With our flagship, we went to Paladar Salón Tropical, the best private restaurant in Santiago de Cuba. In fact, we liked it so much we went there twice. Check the addresses page for directions.

Ruminis is another friend we made in Santiago. Notice how many Cuban girls' names end in -is?
We crammed Yulima, Yurdania and Ruminis into the Buick
Before driving to the paladar, we stopped at Ulises' house and were introduced to his family. Next time around, we'll have a party there

I'd love a '57 Bel Air. But it would have to be the convertible
My dream car, the 57 Chevy Bel Air, obviously belonging to a well-off Cuban
This was actually my third time in the paladar

By this time we didn't want to leave Cuba any more

I can truly recommend visiting this paladar with a few good friends. It's a blast

Professional waitresses is very unusual for a Paladar. Normally it's family members
