Ernest Hemingway, who lived in Havana in the 1930s, wrote: "My Mojito in La Bodeguita, My Daiquiri in El Floridita". Although touristy, the Bodeguita del Medio retains much of its former charm.

The entrance to the B del M is close to the Plaza de la Catédral	There's almost always live music on the ground floor	All the walls and pillars are covered with the signatures of patrons. Ours are on the blue pillar on the right  hand side, first floor	Being four dance teachers, we got this combo to play for us...
...while we danced the salsa...	...and a Rueda de Casino	Enchufle!	Setenta!
