Back in Santiago, we hailed a (private) taxi near Parque Cespedes. The crew of two, Ulises and Bartolo, turned out to be very nice guys and chauffeured us around for the rest of our stay. As Bartolo is an ex-cop, we had no troubles passing the border guard between Santiago and Baconao.
